Ways to be simply Pro-Life

Earlier last year, Roe vs Wade was overturned! It was a triumphant day for the pro life cause and for all the unborn babies. Since then several abortion clinics have closed, and several states have ruled abortion out of their state completely; sadly, others have not. There are still states and cities that protect abortion and label it as a “human right”. There are still so many people who are fighting for this evil to be protected. There is a long and hard fight ahead of us to rid the US and the rest of the world from abortion. It’s easy to feel like we aren’t doing enough to help simply because we can’t go to pro life meetings, protests and rallies, and because we can’t go sidewalk counseling at abortion clinics. Here are a few ways you can help though.

Pray, pray, pray! Prayer is so powerful, more powerful than we could imagine! A simple prayer can help change someone’s life.

If you have a few extra dollars to spare then make a donation to a pro-life nonprofit that uses your donations to support mothers in need and help them choose life. One that I love to donate to is Let Them Live.

Another thing you can do if you have a few extra dollars is to get something that a local pregnancy center may need and donate it to them. They could need diapers, wipes, outfits, socks, washcloths, etc.

Try to find an online internship with pro-life nonprofits. Some offer internships in writing, social media and working online with them in other ways. These usually are unpaid volunteer positions and can offer a lot of insight into those areas of working with a pro-life nonprofit.

I recently came across these little printable cards called “notes of hope” These were created by a couple of Catholic pro-life teens and are a great thing to do if you just have a little time you can spare and you want to do something pro-life. Check them out here: Notes of Hope

Last but not least, educate yourself. There is always more to learn about that will come in handy when facing pro-abortion people or even someone who just wants to know more about being pro-life.

Let me know in the comments if you do/have done any of these or if you have any other things you do that aren’t on here.
