What you need:
Mini marshmallows, small sprinkles (sanding sugar sprinkles work best), cupcakes, frosting, and kitchen scissors.
First, cut the mini marshmallows diagonally in half.
After you cut the marshmallows, you will notice that they have a sticky inside. You will use the sticky inside of the marshmallow to stick to the sprinkles.
Then you take the sprinkled marshmallow halves and place them in a spiral on a frosted cupcake.
Now you have a beautiful cupcake flower!
This project is super fun and easy to do, and is great to do with younger kids or siblings! For really fast and easy cupcakes, you can use a box cake mix and store bought frosting, or even buy cupcakes from the store.
