Jeff Young, also known as The Catholic Foodie, spent two years in formation in Mexico with St. Teresa of Calcutta’s priests, the Missionaries of Charity Fathers. One of the many blessings from his time with the MC Fathers was the opportunity to personally meet St. Teresa on a few different occasions.
