Nutella Cookies
Chewy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and covered in sea salt. Meet your new favorite treat: the Nutella cookie! This recipe has only five ingredients and takes just a half hour to make. For anyone who has allergies, substituting a gluten-free flour into this recipes works just as well!
Yield: 1 dozen cookies
Time: Approximately 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup Nutella
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 egg
½ cup flour (regular or gluten-free)
1 tablespoon sea salt for sprinkling
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350˚ F.
- Combine all ingredients (except sea salt) in a mixer. Mix for about three minutes or until combined.
- Freeze dough for 10 minutes.
- Remove dough from the freezer. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet until set, about four minutes. Remove the cookies to a wire wrack and sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy!
