Nutella Cookies

Chewy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and covered in sea salt. Meet your new favorite treat: the Nutella cookie! This recipe has only five ingredients and takes just a half hour to make. For anyone who has allergies, substituting a gluten-free flour into this recipes works just as well!

Yield: 1 dozen cookies

Time: Approximately 30 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup Nutella

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 egg

½ cup flour (regular or gluten-free)

1 tablespoon sea salt for sprinkling

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚ F.
  2. Combine all ingredients (except sea salt) in a mixer. Mix for about three minutes or until combined.
  3. Freeze dough for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove dough from the freezer. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet until set, about four minutes. Remove the cookies to a wire wrack and sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy!
