The Lenten Struggle-10
March 4, 2019
Welcome to Evenings With The Editors! Join MODG News Co-Editors, Katherine and Emma, as we talk about life and laugh with each other. The only rule for this podcast is that you must listen in the evening hours when you can step back from the hectic mess that might have been your day and reflect on the ebbs and flows of the comedy, and sometimes tragedy, that is high school.
In this episode, we come back after a long break, talk about why we’ve been gone, and break down some of our personal thoughts and opinions on Lent and prayer!

Thanks for recording this podcast, Emma and Katherine! Actually, I was up at night sometimes wondering when the next podcast would be posted. I love these! 🙂
Lent is a great season, it’s a spiritual bootcamp. Silence is hard to come by in a large family, but I find that taking a walk to pray allows me to clear my mind and get that silence where I can listen to God. It’s amazing all the messages you hear through silence.
PrayMoreNovenas has a special website for at home retreats during Advent and Lent, they send an email to your inbox every week with links to a reflection and a video by a Catholic speaker or priest.
You can sign up for the retreat right here:

Have an amazing Lent y’all!
